The prices we charge to hire the Villa Athina vary depending on the season you wish to visit us. Of course, stays in the peak months of July and August are more expensive than off-peak holidays. You will find that this is typical of holiday villas in the Chania area. A schedule of our prices for different dates can be found below.
- The above prices include all taxes and VAT
- Prices shown are for the whole Villa.
- Up to 5 guests. For extra people you will be charged 20€ per night (2 max).
Booking Conditions
Furthermore, these prices include air conditioning, and a full cleaning service every 3rd day, including the provision of fresh towels and bed linens.
A 30% advance fee must be made before your reservation can be confirmed. Unconfirmed reservations will be dismissed in favor of a holidaymaker who does make a deposit.
The pay – off is required by check in. Credit card, PayPal & bank account deposit are acceptable. Any additional fees are paid by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
In case you choose to cancel your reservation more than 60 days before scheduled arrival, the advanced fee will be refunded.
